I'm Back (And Making Changes)!
Hello everyone! I am back about a week later than expected, and I sincerely apologize for that! Although I finished my school year (and did pretty great on my exams!), life is still insanely busy. I have found that even though I LOVE to read and write, time isn't always on my side! I love writing TheBookWorm and I am devoted to sharing great content with all of you, but high school is getting more and more demanding as I move onward and upward through these difficult 4 years. I am taking a VERY demanding AP Global History class next year (eek!), which is going to take an enormous amount of time out of my social life and free time. Also, in better news, I was selected to be the Features editor for my school newspaper, The Current!
These new endeavors are going to change the course of my life both negatively and positively, so I took this break to re-analyze my schedule for the future. I have really thought about how I am going to incorporate TheBookWorm into this new era, and it still remains one of my biggest priorities. Although I will continue to post content for my incredible readers (you guys!), maintaining a once-a-week schedule has proven pretty difficult already, and will become less possible as time goes on. I don't want to rush and put out, for lack of a better word, crappy work, just so I can get something out on time. I have made the executive decision to post once a month, during the first weekend of said month. This will overall give me the time to create better posts of all of you guys to read! I hope that this change doesn't discourage you from continuing to check up on TheBookWorm (that's me!) every once in a while, and I really appreciate your understanding!
I want to thank everyone who has stuck with me during this period of inconsistency, and I hope you guys know that I am infinitely grateful for all of you! I will (hopefully) be posting my LOOOOONG-awaited review of The Girl With Seven Names next month, and I promise to never let you guys down!
